Palz Lounge Namasuba is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upscale hotel that offers Bed and Breakfast, Bar and Restaurant, Sauna and Steam Bath, Massage, and entertainment services. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue and profitability. This is a key leadership position that requires strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and entertainment services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Lead and mentor a team of department heads and staff to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization
- Maintain high standards of quality and guest service, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Identify opportunities for business growth and new revenue streams
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that the hotel maintains high levels of cleanliness, safety, and security

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications
